Blanchardstown Centre has announced the appointment of Iain Finlayson as its new Centre Director, with effect from 22nd June 2026.

Finlayson joins Blanchardstown Centre following a successful tenure as Estate Director at Liverpool ONE, one of the UK’s most successful retail and leisure destinations with 33 million annual visitors.

His appointment comes as Blanchardstown Centre continues to strengthen its position as Ireland’s premier retail and leisure destination, attracting leading international and domestic brands while investing in customer experience, placemaking, and long-term destination growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Connor Owens, CEO of Falcon AM, the asset management company of Blanchardstown Centre said, “We are delighted to welcome Iain to Blanchardstown Centre at a hugely exciting time for the business.
