Renatus Capital Partners, the boutique private equity firm founded in 2014, has appointed Paul Swift as Director of Business Development.

Swift has a unique perspective on business development, having sat at three sides of the same table: from the public sector with IDA Ireland; working with early-stage start-ups on route-to-market and growth strategies alongside the ADAPT Centre team at Trinity College Dublin; and most recently leading Bank of Ireland’s Technology, Media and Telecoms portfolio.

In his new role, Swift will lead Renatus’s origination and relationship-building efforts across Ireland and the UK, working closely with the senior deal team to identify new investment opportunities and support portfolio companies as they scale.
