Our Euphoria hearts are so full. Last night, Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, and Alexa Demie met up for dinner in Brooklyn for a little reunion three months after the HBO show wrapped its third and final season.
The trio was photographed heading into Greenpoint’s popular Japanese restaurant Rule of Thirds, and seemed to keep things casual for the evening. Schafer, for starters, wore an all-black look, composed of a flowy short-sleeve blouse, matching maxi skirt, and little ballerina flats. She added a pop of color to the monochrome palette with her Prada comic-print bag, a vibrant piece designed in collaboration with Taiwanese-American artist James Jean. Demie, arriving separately, was seen wearing a simple white tank and big black sunglasses.
As for Zendaya, the focal point of her look wasn’t her cozy red long-sleeve sweater, her white jeans, or even her platform loafers. It was her freshly-chopped pixie cut.
This summer alone, the actor has been seen with everything from long voluminous curls to slicked-back micro bobs. Throughout her season of press tours (The Drama, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and The Odyssey), she has experimented with micro bangs, spidery face frames, and ethereal braids alike. But her latest look is shorter than ever.
“Loved unveiling this pixie moment for the fall,” hair stylist Coree Moreno shared on Instagram with photos of the new ’do at a Prada Beauty pop-up event. Zendaya’s cut was styled in tousled curls, and makeup artist Ernesto Casillas completed the look with spiky lashes and lavender eye shadow.
