Well, Cork’s own REM, a savvy property marketing consultancy, just snagged the marketing partner spot for the 2027 REAL Estate Agency Summit. This isn’t just another event—it’s building on the firestorm success of its debut, back at the iconic Theatre Royal in Waterford next June. REM, though young—born in 2021—already packs a punch with strategy, branding, and digital wizardry for property pros across Ireland. Cork-based property marketing consultancy REM has been appointed marketing partner for the 2027 REAL Estate Agency Summit, as organisers build on the success of the inaugural event.
The summit will return to the Theatre Royal in Waterford on Thursday, June 24, 2027, bringing together professionals from across Ireland’s estate agency sector.
REM, which was established in 2021, provides strategy, branding, computer-generated imagery (CGI), digital marketing and sales communications services to property developers, property owners and project teams nationwide.
Founder and managing director Pat Kierans said the response to this year’s inaugural summit had convinced the company to become involved in the next edition.
“The REAL Estate Agency Summit really caught fire in a way that I hadn’t seen an industry event in Ireland do before. When we learned it was coming back, we wanted to be a part of it,” he said.
Kierans added that the partnership offered an opportunity to support the development of the Irish estate agency industry.
“The opportunity to reach out and to help grow the Irish Estate Agency industry as part of the Summit is powerful – this event is different, it cuts through and makes a huge, positive difference to agencies. We want to help make a difference.”
REM joins MyHome, which returns as platinum sponsor, and Giraffe 360, which is supporting the event as innovation partner.
Summit founder Regina Mangan said REM would bring valuable expertise to the 2027 programme.
“REM has a proven track record of effectiveness in its property marketing and Pat and his team have great strategic thinking strength and energy,” she said.
International real estate coach and industry commentator Tom Panos will return as a speaker in 2027, alongside UK property leader Verona Frankish.
The pair will bring international experience spanning estate agency leadership, sales, marketing, property and business growth to the Waterford event.

The summit aims to provide a platform for estate agents to share industry insights, develop their businesses and explore new approaches to agency management and growth.
The early announcement of REM’s appointment signals that preparations for the second edition are already under way, following the strong response to this year’s inaugural gathering.
