Life Pharmacy has retained its position as Ireland’s top retail brand for customer experience for the third consecutive year, according to the latest Customer Experience Insight (CXi) Report.

The pharmacy chain, part of the Uniphar Group, was also ranked No. 2 in Ireland for overall customer experience in the report, compiled by the CX Company.

Life Pharmacy first entered the CXi survey in 2022, ranking ninth overall before climbing to sixth place in 2023 and second in 2024. It has maintained its overall ranking since then while continuing to lead the retail category.

The results reflect the company’s focus on customer care and service across its network of pharmacies in communities throughout Ireland.

Mairead Reen, chair of Life Pharmacy, said the recognition was a source of pride for the business.

“Retaining our position as Ireland’s No. 1 retail brand and No. 2 overall for customer experience for the third time is something we are incredibly proud of,” she said.

Reen credited the pharmacy teams with delivering care and expertise to customers, while thanking them and the company’s customers for their continued support.

She added that the teams played an important role in making Life Pharmacy “a trusted part of community life across Ireland”.

Laura Garrett, operations manager at Life Pharmacy, said the ranking reflected the consistency of service provided by staff and the relationships they develop with customers.

“Customer experience is shaped by the small things that make a real difference: taking the time to listen, offering advice and making sure people feel supported,” Garrett said.
