Yeah, yeah, appreciate it. And it’s even a lot of times you almost just need to find that hub, at least in my opinion. Detroit is that industrial hub, but if you look at the map is just outside of it, there’s what they call the ring cities surrounding that major metro area and all of them seem to lend themselves in one way or another toward profitable real estate investments. It’s just a matter of how close you want to get to a b plus a market. How comfortable you are with a C to D market depends what you’re after, but as long as you find a hub that kind of makes sense, it tends to be there’s multiple opportunities probably in every market.
