Stuart Returns to the ‘Big Bang Theory’ Spinoff—But Which Fan-Favorite Originals Are Missing?
Chuck Lorre talks about the ‘Big Bang Theory’ cast returning for ‘Stuart Fails to Save the Universe’
While there is no confirmation on whether any of the cast from the original series will return for this spinoff, creator Chuck Lorre, has briefly spoken on the subject.
“I cannot speak to that,” Lorre said unsurprisingly. “That is a closely guarded piece of information that, you know… I’ve taken a blood oath regarding,”
The series will, however, bring back The Big Bang Theory’s beloved Kevin Sussman as Stuart Bloom with a cast of new friends. The show will likely also include Lauren Lapkus, who previously appeared as Stuart’s girlfriend in season 12 of the original series, along with Brian Posehn and John Ross Bowie returning as CalTech physicists, Bert Kibbler and Barry Kripke.
