Ingredients:

  • 14 oz. can chopped, drained artichoke hearts
  • 10 oz. baby spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with crudités or tortilla chips.
